Facelift, Eyelid and Chin Implantation

Four month postop result of cheek and neck lift, chin augmentation, and upper and lower eyelid tightening. All incisional scars well hidden in natural skin creases. The patient now appears more youthful and balanced. Note that fat bulge under the chin is now removed with better neck contour. Additional refinements are possible, if the patient desires, with attention to skin care utilizing either chemical peels, laser abrasions and/or Gentlewave LED Photomodulation.

Facelift, Botox of Eyebrows and Lips

Cheek and neck lift performed on 55-year-old female who now appears more refreshed with diminished hollowness to lower cheeks and increased tightness of laxed skin. Botox was injected three weeks after the face lift to the forehead region allowing for more sculptured and elegantly peaked eyebrows. A small amount of Botox was also placed around lips to allow for more vibrant and youthful appearance. Postoperative appearance further enhanced with proper make-up application and hair styling. Side profile and oblique views again demonstrate her now lifted cheeks and smoother jaw and neckline.

Three month post-op result of facelift, lower eyelid rejuvenation and Botox to forehead. Notice practically invisible scars around eyes and ears. Neck, jaw line and cheeks significantly tighter and more youthful. Patient will be returning soon for CO2 laser treatment to help further improve skin texture and wrinkles especially evident around her mouth.

The patient now is 64-years-old and has undergone a second facelift along with an upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty/tightening.
