Early post-op result of patient who desired crease formation in upper eyelid along with added structure to bridge and tip of nose. Nostrils which have been brought down, can be appreciated on frontal and three-quarter view.

''worm's-eye view" with sutures still in place at seven days post-op.

African-American Rhinoplasty

Patient desired more refined features while still preserving her ethnicity. Sinus surgery was done at the same time. Gortex implant placed on bridge of nose to enhance dorsal height and narrowing. Cartilage tip graft placed to narrow and define tip. Nostrils also decreased in size.
