This young lady presented to Riverside Plastic Surgery & Sinus Center last week with large keloid growths on the back of both earlobes from a scarring reaction to ear rings placed several years ago. The next two pictures to the right shows how she looks today with sutures still in place after earlobe reconstruction that removed the keloids but preserved normal ear lobe anatomical appearance (with patient consent )
