Before and immediately after of one of our patients (with permission) who had her upper eyelids tightened and smoothed earlier today. Done under local anesthesia and a little oral valium. And because her extra skin was blocking her vision the entire procedure was covered by her insurance. Surgery pic below shows some of the bulging fat being removed after the extra hanging skin and muscle was excised.
